Maintenance Agreement for Carpet Only

Service Description

This agreement covers the recommended maintenance service for cleaning carpet. Floorida'Steam will clean once each year (within 31 days of original service date) for maintaining your carpets like the manufacturer recommends. Carpets will be cleaned at least once each year and sanitizer applied every other cleaning. All services for carpet (cleaning, applying sanitizer, odor treatments, protector) will receive a 40% discount when the maintenance agreement is current and paid in full. The minimum service call amount will always apply for any service. All maintenance agreements include: * 40% off dryer vent cleaning once per 12 months (when scheduled with another service). * 20 day satisfaction guarantee - not for new spots and spills, but double our guarantee * Safety door - helps to keep the hot air (and bugs) out and the cold air in while we are working - vice versa in the winter. * Speed drying - we'll set up fans quickly after cleaning to help speed up the drying process and well remove them when the cleaning is completed. *Typical spot removal and special treatment of any heavily soiled areas. * Enrollment in our referral and loyalty programs (when applicable).
